Dr Lydia is very gentle and patient, and she explains my dental condition and the treatment steps very clearly, which made me feel reassured throughout the whole process. She is very careful during the treatment and never makes me feel nervous. The clinic environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff are also very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.
